For most jobs we can be there the same day. We reply to messages within 15 minutes. For emergencies like burst pipes or electrical faults, we prioritise and aim to arrive within a few hours.
Yes — always. We confirm the price before any work begins. No surprises, no hidden charges. If we discover additional issues once we start, we tell you and get approval before doing anything extra.
Yes. All our work is carried out by insured professionals. We have full public liability cover for all services we offer.
We guarantee all our work. If the same issue comes back or you're not satisfied, we return and fix it at no extra cost. No arguments, no excuses.
Yes. We work Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm. For existing maintenance contract clients, we also offer emergency callouts outside these hours.
Absolutely. A large part of our work is for non-resident owners and holiday home investors. We hold keys, carry out regular inspections, send photo reports, and handle all repairs without you needing to be present.

We accept cash, bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due on completion of work. For maintenance contract clients, we invoice monthly.
